Our big secret is the focus on excellent quality ingredients. Our vegetables come from our own garden which is located at the back of the hotel and from carefully selected local farmers who bring their product from the land right to our dishes. We also grow and use our own Cretan herbs which will be giving some exquisite taste to your dishes. Major characteristic of the Mediterranean diet is also the use of olive oil. This is why, in Ambrosia restaurant, we use extra virgin olive oil of our own production coming from our olive trees in South Crete.
